Barry Scully here. I played bass with Gene and the Gents back in the sixties. You will be pleased to know all the lads are alive and well. Gene now lives in England and is a college lecturer. Henry is currently in Japan with his band, Peter is living in Enniskillen and is still active in the local music scene as are Tony Gallagher and Pete Cresswell (who took Henry's place after he left.)  Trombone player Dermot Doherty retired from playing and now runs a successful business in Derry. Sax player PaddyMcDermott is also a businessman.
I'm still playing fulltime with Bee Bop Gold and I also do a lot of work with Dickie Rock.
