I have great memories of Cahir Dancehall in Tipp,I was with a threesome Pat Murray (R I P) and Bob Dwyer,we played before all the greats,Pat was a great singer and Bob was a multi talented with Bass and Box i'm afraid I was just a wannabe with the Strat,I often thought about going on the road but with Bob and I working in the public servive and Pat with his own business at that stage of the Showband era the risk was to great nevertheless we got the buzz of big and small crowds,I still play gig but them were the days God bless,Jim
