I just want to take this opportunity to express my thanks to your host Gerry for his friendship and co-operation over the past year or so.

Some of you may know that I run another showbands website and I also write a weekly series in Ireland's Own magazine called "Remembering The Showband Era".

Gerry has always been as helpful as anyone could be, especially with information and photos of bands from 1972 on. I felt that this should be put on record and hopefully we will both continue to help each other out in the future!
