Hi All,

Just thought I'd let you know that an exhibition on the history of the Showband years is taking place in the Granary in Waterford City until August of this year,. The Granary is situated on the river opposite the bus station. The exhibits include the late Tom Dunphy's bass guitar and many other interesting items. So if you find yourself in that fine city it looks well worth a visit.

I had heard about that Waterford exhibition that Barry mentions. I see there is a good feature on it in "in the news" on this site. 8)

We had a representative at the opening of the exhibition who also snapped a photo of Brendan Bowyer with Albert Reynolds. Check it out here:  http://www.irish-showbands.com/Stories/waterford.htm
