I think you'll find it was also recorded by the indians..Great version by Medicine Crow...but then I am biased...mind you Larry Gogan gave it the serious royal nod at the time so thats good enough for me...Been looking for a copy of the recording everywhere...The old man loved his fans so much he gave all his albums away....If anyone out there has any indian memorabilia, I'd be glad to take it off your hands for you. He also sang a great version of Old nickleodeon Sound & Song and dance man.....

Afraid not...He was my father and passed away 9 years ago....grew up with the band and all the guys were like second daddies to me...and halloween in my house was bloody great as for obvious reasons ..so the music is nostagia city for me....but this song is pretty special...

Thanks for that Eddy, came accross this site while tryin to get in conact with noel brady....couldnt belive all the photos on it that I have never even seen!!!  mind you he's left me with quite a penchant for country music and the showband era..ha Wink  Wink

Love this song and am always requesting it on a Country Music radio show I listen to.  Shay sang it beautifully.  Also loved Old Nickleodeon Sound, Song and Dance Man, Cliffs of Dooneen and Qualalinta - as well as all the others  Smiley
