Yes i had to dig very deep for this one as my street cred is at an all time low or maybe my questions are just too easy. Back to the showbands what showband released a single on the infamous Star Club Label in Germany back in the 60s.

Now come on Liamo between yourself and Trisha yis have been cleaning up of late on the questions but sorry its time the gloves were off and things will become difficult i hope .Finding questions to beat the pair of yis just aint as easy as i thought and me not even been a showband head the beat groups are more my style but we must look ahead.Not sure if it is any help but they also toured most of Germany with Chuck Berry which no doubt led to the record deal.Naturally there is a photo of the showband on the site but try finding it.

Liamo if there was a clue it was not intentional and Trisha the one and only Rory was not involved.The band were originally a 5 piece and added a brass section but i doubt if they were well known as a beat group.They recorded the single as a showband in 64 and the track was also recorded by a well known showband a few years later.
