dance music 40's & 50's (Read 9669 times)

I love YaBB 1G - SP1!

Hi - I work with over-65s and am trying to get hold of the music they would have danced to in the ballrooms in the 40's and 50's - I think this period is on the cusp of the changeover from oldtime to modern.  Can anyone help with suggestions? Thankyou!

Hi, If you google "Swing dance History" you'll get various dances populat in those years. Hope this helps.

  hi if you go to the website upchucky you will find 40,and 50, music there good luck, i know i loved dancing to late 50,s and early 60,s hope this helps  Pixie ;)
