Matadors Showband
Band
member, Bill Bleakley's son, Owen, recently contacted us and said the band was on
BBC's Top of the
Pops.
We also received a recent email from Robert Morgan-Vane telling us Johnny Morgan
was a founding member of the band
which started in 1957 and added brass, turning pro in 1962. Top row second from
left is the late Danny Maitland.
