A typical, small village hall, the Astro was turned into a furniture store which is now known as Hayes Interiors.
In the photo below, you can see the original hall at the end of the building. It seems that most of the
ballroom of Ireland have become one of four things: furniture stores, garages, cash and carries, or community centres.   
Sadly, too many of the ballrooms have simply been abandoned or torn down.
