City Hall, Cork

Almost all the city and town halls across Ireland were used for dancing at one time or another. Very few were as
stately as the City Hall in Cork. The concert hall was opened in 1936 and it soon  opened its door to dancers.

From showbands to Eric Clapton, the City Hall has seen it all. This was once on of the biggest venues in the South for bands.
Today it is still a center for the Arts and dancing, but no showbands!
