does anybody know if a band called boru from arklow are still on the go? or is tommy breen still playing with another group?

thanks always used to watch them in the abbey lounge and the laurels in dublin. 15 years ago. trying to get a reunion of the 'choir'. any info most welcome.

At last I met Tommy Breen's brother and got the info about Tommy and Boru. Boru get together a couple of times a year when Tommy is home. Tommy owns a pub, The Randy Leprechaun, on Gran Canaria. He doesn't play with another band but from time to time himself and another fellow get together, informally, and have a session.
