Sad to hear of that. Eddie was well known round Omagh, Used to play in the St. Eugenes Brass band after he retired from show business. There were others with him there including Gene Turbett, Ray Moore, Mike Reynolds, Pat Chesters (for a short while), his brother Eamon Chesters (My uncle by marriage and late of the Toreodors back in the sixties).
Eddie was a real family man and used to do a lot for his local community in Omagh. May he rest in peace and may his family remember all the good times they had with him over the years.
