I think  the Target label was an Irish subsidary label for Pye,and may also have used the same ID numbers,so it wasn't a name change.Pye was probably responsible for other labels as well,like Wooleys Embassy label.I can put you in touch with an expert on this subject if you e-mail me,Mike.
