Does anyone know where I could buy, copy or find access to these issues.

I am looking in particular for an issue that contained a copy of a telegram that was sent from the Beatles wishing Spotlight readers a happy Christmas. I don't know which issues it was presume it would have been in Dec '68. The initials from the receiving officer on the telegram was POHI.
Any help would be most appreciated.
